Built on a decade of holding it together

Dont Panic Love was founded by Jess Frei after more than ten years managing artists and executives across film, music, media and TV — tour schedules that moved overnight, premieres that couldn't slip, households that had to run themselves.

Today DPL pairs that human judgement with the Odokai agent platform: research, itineraries and inbox triage happen at machine speed, while every decision that matters is made by a person who knows your world. You get one number to call. Everything behind it is our problem.

How do you protect my privacy?

NDAs before anything else, minimal data held, no social media, no client names ever shared — even with each other. Discretion is the product; everything else is features.

Where do you work?

London-based, worldwide in practice. If your life spans time zones, so do we — the AI desk doesn't sleep even when your PA does.

How does the AI side actually work?

Odokai agents do the legwork — research, comparing options, drafting itineraries, triaging inboxes. A human reviews everything before it reaches you. You'll rarely notice the machines; you'll just notice things being faster.

Who will I actually work with?

Jess leads every engagement personally, with a small trusted team behind her. You'll always know exactly who is on your account — no call centres, no rotating cast.
